Meet Trecia: The President’s Story

Trecia McLennon is not just leading change, she's living proof of it. As the President of Ethicul Group Inc., she drives modern governance by integrating three revolutionizing pillars: ethics, culture, and technology. This bold mission is a reflection of her unique path.

Raised in Toronto, her early life in government housing cultivated an unshakeable resilience and a profound understanding of diverse communities. This foundation was strengthened through an MBA in the UK, immersive work and travel across four continents, and diverse professional academic experience, including a significant tenure in Asia. This blend of street-smart grit and global academic rigor is what Ethicul delivers to its clients.

An ICD.D certified governance expert and WXN CEDI award winner, Trecia’s credentials are the real-world stamp on her vision. She has successfully served boards, advised institutions, coached executives and is an active angel investor championing women-led tech innovation.
